Carmela,

I work for a non-profit organization in Denver called The Enlighten Foundation that works to empower women here in the US and in developing countries around the world to become agents of change. We think your princess books are just darling and are holding an event in February with the theme "Princesses are Activists Too" and we would like to purchase your book for our guests. We were wondering if you might be interested in taking part in this event or coming to sign your books. Please e-mail me at tricia@enlightenfoundation.org and I can send you more information. Thanks!

Carmela, You are an inspiration to me. I have recently started writing children's book for my 3children. I have grown quite a passion for it. A couple of nights ago my girls picked your book "Do Princesses Wear Hiking Boots?" for their bed time story. When the story was done I read the back inside cover and read that this was your first published book. It gave me hope that one day my dream to get published can also come true. I have been doing alot a research but I'm not sure what to do first. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Melanie
